Cardinal Classic 2026
Fondy Weightlifting is proud to be hosting the Cardinal Classic on May 30, 2026 at Fond du Lac High School. Registration is LIVE and will close May 3, 2026. Use code FWLEARLY until Feb 20 to get 10% off your registration price!
The meet will be capped at 75 lifters. We will accept all lifters. This will be a great meet for all lifters, regardless of whether you are a seasoned vet or it will be your first meet. Meet will be priced at $90

Athletes and Coaches will get in for free. There will be a $5 spectator fee to get into the competition for everyone watching. FHS students will be free with ID or $3. FHS Staff will be free with ID. This money goes to support Fondy Weightlifting and to continue to provide this opportunity for our students.
The final start list will be emailed out 2 weeks before the competition.
ALL youth athletes will need to weigh in with a coach or a parent/guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS.
HOTEL BLOCK
We are offering a hotel block for individuals through the Radisson in FDL.

You will need to book your room by April 28, otherwise the rooms go back to the general public!
Costuming Rules:
- Competition costumes may display the athlete’s name, nickname, club name, or national federation emblem.
- Only one collarless T-shirt may be worn under the singlet.
- If a unitard is worn, it must be tight-fitting, a solid color, and worn beneath the costume.
- Wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and knee wraps are permitted.
- No earbuds, headphones, or personal electronics allowed on stage.
- Finger tape must not extend beyond the fingertips, and no tape or substitutes may be used within 10 cm of the elbow joint (5 cm above and 5 cm below).
- Belts must not exceed 12 cm (4.72 in) in width.
